Trauma-Informed Specialist and Educator Advocate
I’m Dr. Iyuanna Pease, a Trauma-Informed Specialist and D.E.I. (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) advocate with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Educational Counseling. My mission is to empower educators to embrace holistic well-being, reigniting their passion to inspire and impact students’ lives.
With extensive experience as a school counselor, school and district administrator, and adjunct college professor, I deeply understand the diverse challenges educators face. My approach emphasizes nurturing the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of educators, ensuring they are equipped to navigate the demands of their profession effectively.
I offer personalized coaching for individuals working in the educational system, including teachers, principals, counselors, and superintendents. My coaching sessions provide strategies for setting healthy boundaries, managing stress, and rediscovering the joy in teaching. Additionally, I provide educational consulting services for institutions like schools, school districts, and non-profit organizations. My goal is to address systemic challenges, implement best practices, and create supportive environments where both educators and students can thrive.
One of my key offerings is the creation of educational resource libraries. These libraries cover essential topics such as D.E.I., Social Emotional Learning, Educator Well-Being, and Trauma Healing for Educators. By equipping schools and organizations with these resources, I aim to foster inclusive, supportive, and effective educational environments.
I am passionate about championing the well-being of educators, ensuring they feel valued, heard, and supported. Together, we can create a positive impact on the education system, enabling educators to continue inspiring and profoundly impacting the lives of their students.
